Presentation: The Continuous Improvement Mindset

For Doug Freutel, growing up as an undiagnosed dyslexic during his formative academic years resulted in self-image and self-worth issues. Despite not being able to learn by traditional means and being told by teachers to not bother considering college, Doug developed his own way to learn to the point where he graduated from college with honors and succeed in business and as an entrepreneur. Doug attributes his success to his continuous improvement mindset.

Early on, continuous improvement meant incremental growth in personal and professional development by incorporating and building his own tools from many areas of inspiration. In the last decade, Doug experienced his greatest areas of growth by integrating the principles of LEAN, Agile, and 10x thinking. In this presentation, Doug shares some fundamental LEAN Continuous Improvement principles that helps him problem solve, get organized and gain efficiency by looking at personal and business processes in a completely different way.
