Visionary Spotlight: Walt Brown

Walt is a serial entrepreneur and after running multiple businesses, he knows a thing or two. As an OG EOS Implementer, he knows the ins and outs of the most complex parts of your business -- the people in it.

As an Organizational Activist (OA for short!) his daily mission is to remove the chains of organizational confusion and dysfunction that hold individual contributors back from being the best they can be. When we remove these chains everyone wins. Owners, CEOs, Leaders, People all end up with more money, more time and less stress.

At the end of the day, Walt believes in freedom. The kind of freedom and happiness that comes when owners and their leadership teams have the guts to create healthy and effective organizations. When we become healthy and effective we naturally create freedom for ourselves, our employees, our vendors, our customers and the world at large. It is why I do what I do.
